Davis on November 11, 1977 in which he discusses why he ran against Helen Douglas Mankin; the black vote; Davis' connection to Judge Shepard Bryan; Mankin's profanity; attitude toward Mankin; belief that Mankin wanted him out of office; and reasons he finally lost to Charles Weltner.
